DESCRIPCION
For the Melbourne Cup Long weekend, we cannot use St Brigids Hall on Tuesday November 4th.
This class will be on Monday the 3rd with guest 5Rhythms teacher from the Gold Coast, Stephen McInness.
This class is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.
Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
Doors open at 7:30pm with arrival music: Class runs until 9:30pm.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS
A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
