Join us and begin your day in the movement of the 5 Rhythms® wave. Each class we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves. The Rhythms and the music of the Wave support us in embracing our own energies, moving from within and discovering the inner dancer in each of us.

WHEN

Tuesday mornings on the following dates:

11/2, 18/2, 25/2, 4/3, 18/3, 25/3. (no class 11/3)

10.00am-11.30am. (doors open 9.45)

PRICES

16€ advance registration and payment (latest day before class via Paypal, MBWay or IBAN)

20€ drop-in

Bring soft, comfortable clothes and a water bottle. We dance barefoot or in soft “inside” footwear.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
