This is an optional extension of Rise and Shine! Sunday Waves. We will have a 20min break after Waves before starting the movement lab. This will be an investigation to explore more deeply the stories that are held within our feet, hips, head, hands and breath. The theatrical element enables us to witness the shapes, repetitions and patterns within ourselves and in relation to others.
