DESCRIPCION

In this spirit, we launched the proposal to practice 5Rhythms On Line - for those of you who want to dance but are not always able to get there or travel to where our in-person classes take place.

It is a daily task for us to remember the importance of developing the habit of constant and persistent practice, rooting ourselves and moving in our own home - physical, mental, psychological and spiritual -, our unique home. And all this in the comfort of the physical space you will create. You don't need much: just the desire to move and let the music take you wherever you need to go.

And because it's in your home, if children, uncles, parents, friends also want to participate, they will all be very welcome!

Come and bring your body to the present moment and make space for the multiple manifestations of your Being.
