Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms®️ is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. THE VENUE:

Wyvil Primary School

(entry from Wyvil Road)

SW8 2TJ- SW8 2TH for Griffin Belle. When you find the GB 's corner you can see the right entrance.

The school has two premises either side of Wyvil Road.

Please use the golden gate NEXT TO THE GRIFFIN BELLE hotel&pub to enter the class.

And there are two other golden gates across the road leading to another premise- they are not in use for this event .

GETTING THERE:

8 mins walk from Vauxhall station

or 6 mins from Nine Elms station

car parking available on Wyvil road.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
