DESCRIPCION

Family Waves is for all types of families to move together, connect, have fun, and create community with other families.  We will move indoors/outdoors to connect our feet to the Earth and enjoy all that Mother Nature has provided for us!  If there is inclement weather, we will move indoors.  There is no dance requirement or experience necessary only a willingness to be open and curious!

Venue: Laughing Elephant Yoga Studio, 1171 Spartanburg Hwy, Hendersonville, NC

Time: 3:00-4:30pm

For registration: Fee for registration is $22 or you may join LEY through their membership and get class bundles and other benefits for classes.  Call Laughing  Elephant Yoga 828-595-9747

Agreements for Movement Experience:

-bring your beautiful selves

-no talking during our movement session

-no cell phone usage unless it is an emergency

-no alcohol or drugs

-dress in comfortable clothing for movement

-shirts on

-bring plenty of water to drink

-bring art supplies for children, just in case they get tired or need something else to do.

-HAVE FUN!
