DESCRIPCION
Radiance Dance is a heart opening dance meditation with a focus on renewal and rejuvenation. It is a weekly drop in class for all ages and levels of ability and follows the 5 rhythms wave structure with minimal verbal guidance. The class often has a spiritual theme and is also about creating community. We often have live musicians and follow with a picnic in the park.NOTAS
