Cambsdance is a dance community that has been moving together for years.

It's brings together a collective of teachers, from different movement modalities. I feel privileged to be teaching on a Friday, in Cambridge bringing the 5Rhythms, periodically, to the Cambsdance community.

This is an amazing and welcoming dance community.

Location: Hills Road Sixth Form College, Hills Road, Cambridge.CB2 6PE

Doors open @ 6.15pm.

Class starts @ 6.30pm - 8.30pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
