 Every 3rd Sunday of the month,   The class dates for 2024 are: Jan.28th, Feb. 18th, March 17th, April 21st, May 26th, June 16th, July 21st, Aug 18th, Sept 15th, Oct. 20th, Nov. 17th, Dec.15th!   I will be teaching  5Rhythms Elemental Waves Class at LEY, 1171 Spartanburg Hwy, Hendersonville, NC from 3-4:30pm.  Gabrielle Roth created the maps of the 5Rhythms -Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness!  This is a basic class in 5Rhythms movement.  We learn to be grounded in our feet, gentle movement with the hips, allowing our heads and body to be free, joyful, playful movement with our arms and hands, and finding inner peace!    "The dance is not where we lose ourselves, but where we find ourselves!."
