This is 5Rhythms class mostly like lab. something I would love to try every week.

so, however people are coming or not, I am keep doing something experimental. or sometimes just dance. join me if you want (over 14 years old please)

most likely very few people join. if you expect dance party like, this class is NOT like that.

if you would join me, please come by 7:30

$20 or donation. whatever you feel good.

NOTAS

*MATRESS:

venue has thin mat on the floor. good for the person who has sensitive feet or injury. it might be hard to jumping for healthy people.

*VENIE ENERGY

venue is really destructing because of we are using pre-school. you need extra intention for connect to yourself. its going to be great practice if you commit. just let you know.
