We MOVE outdoors, rain or shine, unless it's seriously lashing. In fact we danced our first wet one, from start to finish. There was wind too, though not cold.
It was invigorating. My kind of sea swim.
On this occasion we are dancing on Burnaby Park Green opp Greystones DART/Natures Gold Health Foods (well worth a visit).
There are loos across the way. We start at 8 till 9.30PM. Dress for the days weather, as if going for a walk. Extra coat/clothes bring with you. Hot flask. Hot water bottle. Why not? Anything to make the journey home comfortable.
We then dance through the landscape of
