Sweat Your Prayers is an intentional movement practice where we journey through the 5 Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. We meet in body, breath, and beat, both ourselves and each other. This is an internally inspired dance where 5Rhythms teachers offer gentle invitations to guide you deeper into embodied awareness. We look forward to moving with you!
