Dance in the Open Air?
A meditation in motion. A poetic experience of conscious, collective dance. Different every time. A moment of connection with nature, changing through the seasons. Breathing deeply, hearts open. A dance that can be solo but also shared with others.
Starts at 3 PM (welcoming from 2:45 PM).
After a brief warm-up/movement, we communicate mainly with the language of the body. Lasts about 1 hour and 20 minutes (a bit longer in summer).
Number of participants varies each time. Between 5 and 25.
Bring a bottle of water or warm herbal tea.
Comfortable clothing recommended, sneakers due to uneven ground, though some prefer barefoot.
Several layers of clothing as you'll warm up quickly while dancing, and a small bag to keep them dry.
Important: open to all, no level of dance skill or physical condition required.
