As a trial run, this class will be offered both in-person and online.To make this class as accessible as possible, we’re offering two ways to join: in-person at Carderock Springs and online via Zoom.
In the Carderock ballroom, a web camera and large display will help bridge the space between in-person and online dancers, keeping us all connected. If you join online, we ask that you keep your camera on and remain visible whenever possible, so we can share the experience together.
The online option will be available only if at least five online tickets are purchased one hour before class begins.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
