A midweek dance to recharge your mind, body and soul in nature. With the panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the beauty of Baker Beach.
Created by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice - a practice of being in your body - that ignites creativity, connection and community. While seemingly a simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.
It is a moving meditation practice with music and very minimal instruction. There's no step to learn. We dance our own dance. Everybody's welcomed!
Please come ready to sweat, bring your curiosity, a water bottle and your friends. We will provide the headphones and music to your ear.
