I (Samar Linn) am very happy to announce x-dance's Guest Teacher.

Join us to welcome this wonderful being into the space and be inspired my Julia's magic.

This Saturday night, March 7, we have the pleasure of welcoming in special guest, Julia Mercurio, who will infuse our dance space with her love of dance and its potent medicine.

Julia will guide us into the wisdom our bodies carry far beyond our thinking mind using the 5Rhythms framework, to get in touch with that innate embodied intelligence.

Come and let your body move as we welcome in this wonderful being onto our dance floor to inspire and move us

Doors open at 19.15 and close promptly at 19.45. Please note entry after 19.45 isn’t possible.

What to bring

A water bottle, there is a bathroom to fill up your water bottles.
Indoor shoes optional – most people dane barefoot.
Clothing that feels good – easy to move and sweat in. And maybe a towel (for your sweat :-))

NOTAS

JULIA MERCURIO is a certified 5Rhythms teacher with 15 years of dancing experience. She has trained with Gabriel Roth’s 5Rhythms Global in New York. Her work is infused with her love for soulful music, her experience of being a woman in this world, years of bodywork and somatic practice, as well as an animist worldview. A core theme of her teaching is how to fall in love with ourselves and the world through embodiment as a natural source of healing.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date if you are unable to join. However, you may personally pass on your ticket to someone else. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
