When we put our bodies into motion we become waves of infinite possibility, forming and reforming ourselves in every moment. Moving with the felt sense of the body, we are more present and alive, connected to self and to the world, centered in our hearts, aligned with spirit, home. This is our meditation. Sanctuary is an invitation to drop into the Wave and set yourself free.

$25 at the door. $20 hardship.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
