Join me December 21st, online, to honour both the darkness day, while welcoming the return of the light.

December 21st | 5:00-6:00pm pst

Arrive prepared to sit & dance in candle light.

We will begin our dance with a 5 minute meditation, dance for about 45 minutes and complete with an optional circle.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
