Source In Motion is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies, hearts, minds, souls, and Spirits. Using the maps of the 5Rhythms and fueled by curiosity, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies while deepening our personal and collective practices.

NOTAS

The venue is ~ Yoga Vida ~ 3620 Bee Caves Rd, Ste A, ATX 78746. If the parking spots are full in front of Yoga Vida, you are welcome to park anywhere in the Westlake Square shopping center which continues past Yoga Vida, facing onto Bee Caves Rd.

Music begins at 7:45pm. Doors close at 8:10 pm.

Lose, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
