A monthly gathering - a celebration of community in movement:
* Each session begins with a 5Rhythms class, taught by Ben Deutsch
* This is followed by a community lunch - please bring food to share, and take some time to connect with your fellow dancers.
* After lunch, we'll have another session, which will sometimes be live music, sometimes another movement practice, sometimes an open mic to display community talent.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
