A 1hr45min 5Rhythms class where we will flow through all of the rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Come and bring your feet, your body, your mind, your spirit, and set them all free on the dance floor.

Elisa is passionate about bringing 5Rhythms to people who crave and want more movement and self-expression in their everyday lives. She has been dancing since the age of 5, dipping her toes into as many movement practices as she could find (ballet, contemporary, hula hoop, yoga, ecstatic dance) and now the 5Rhythms since 2002. She is a mental health researcher, founder of Create-Move-Connect, improviser and trainer with Truly Connecting Playback Theatre, and community organizer.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
