I invite you to celebrate my birthday through dance. This will not only be my birthday ceremony, but also a ritual reminding us that not only every day, but in every single moment of life, we are born anew with all our possibilities.We do not have to identify with what we have experienced in the past. We always have infinite possibilities available to us. The practice of 5Rhythms allows us to reset ourselves and step off the dance floor feeling reborn ✨
🍀 Cacao Ceremony
The Cacao Ceremony is purification through joy, playfulness, presence, and well-being. Cacao is a sacred plant of the Maya, traditionally used in ceremonial rituals. This plant teaches us how to go deeper into our hearts, our minds, and into the heart of Mother Earth - to rediscover the true healing power that lives within each of us. We will drink approximately 30–40g of specially prepared pure raw cacao. We will share the “drink of the gods” and dance. Through this magical journey, we will open our hearts and dance together a full 5Rhythms® wave.

The space will be open from 18:00, so you are warmly welcome to arrive earlier, settle in, and connect with the energy of the crystals that will support us during the ceremony.
