The 5Rhythms® dynamic moving meditation practice catalyzes healing through transformational insights into our energetic patterns. By growing our awareness, we then have the choice to move beyond our limitations and be free.

Guidance is offered over global music from many genres; each session focuses on a particular energy. The five rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness are master teachers that offer wisdom to both novice and long time practitioners alike. Best taken as a series, drop-ins are also welcome.

Open to all levels of abilities and experience.

Join us in the gorgeous, historical Memorial House ballroom in downtown Salt Lake. 

Due to Heeraa’s teaching schedule and travels, this series will be offered on Monday evenings when possible 4/17 - 7/10

Buy 3 classes in advance for $45. This pass can be shared with someone else.
