The world is changing, we’re changing. It’s not an easy time. How do we deal with this all? How do we release, keep ourselves sane, feel safe and still breath freely?
My way... is to Dance, move my body, as it is right now. No acting, no pressure, just dance my dance. To allow myself to dance the way i feel, my tiredness, my frustration, my not-knowing, my not-going-anywhere, fully me, is liberating. I love to share that with you.
Start the new month with a lushes, pleasurable dance. Clear your head. Feel your body.
In this series of Sunday morning waves we dive into WAVES OF INTENTION. We’ll DANCE, we’ll PAUZE, we’ll EXPLORE where we are in our lives, where we need to go, where we need to be. Being aware of your intentions and then DANCE some more.
By movement and dance we not only can experience joy and fun. We can release emotions, work things through, we can let go of tension and stress. It resets the brain.
We learn about our bodies, what moves us, how our mind works. We can enjoy being in our own body. In these strange times, I believe that this is something we all need.
I invite you to join me in this dance journey.
To make it a safe space for everybody and to avoid disappointment at the door, booking is recommended.
