Every Wednesday evening join this class and deepen your relationship to the rhythms.
There will be guidance and teachings in each class and there will be ample opportunity to move and dance.
This class is held by 5Rhythms teachers, Space holders and Teachers in Training

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
