This class is a gently facilitated 5Rhythms class, moving through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Julie creates a safe, non-judgmental space, and you are invited to drop in to your body, heart, soul, and spirit. Move with whatever is present in the moment without forcing, pushing or striving to be something or someone you are not. No experience necessary - just a willingness to show up and move.NOTAS
These are high energy classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time. Music and doors by 6:50pm. Bring a water bottle.
No talking on the dance floor and please turn cell phones off.
