DESCRIPCION
Weekly drop-in Waves class. Warm atmosphere, well established community, newcomers welcome.This class will not be on during August 2022. Back on Sept 1st 2022.
NOTAS
There's parking behind the building off Sedgeborough Road. You can arrive from 7.10pm to settle in. The doors will be closed at 7.40pm. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes to move in. Cost £12.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
