En estas sesiones te acompaño a explorar profundamente a través del movimiento cualquier situación en la cual te sientas estancad@.Con estas sesiones podrás desenvolver tu potencial de una manera creativa, utilizando varias herramientas que por muchos años he ido investigando y aprendiendo. El mapa y la cosmología de los 5 Ritmos, como el Coaching, Arteterapia, Teatro Ritual (inspiración en Jodoroskwi y Rituales Chamanicos), me permiten acompañarte y entregarte recursos para que tú misma puedas encontrar tu voz y darle acción, respiración y movimiento.
Mi formación y trayectoria como Educadora y Facilitadora en grupos (niños, adolescentes y adultos) me han brindado recursos para entablar una escucha activa y así generar un buen proceso de comunicación. Aquí tú vienes a contar tu historia y me pongo al servicio como testigo para espejar los rincones que quizás todavía no ves.

In these sessions, I accompany you to deeply explore, through movement, any situation in which you may feel stuck.
Through these sessions, you will be able to unfold your potential in a creative way, using different tools that I have been exploring, studying and integrating over many years. The map and cosmology of the 5Rhythms, together with Coaching, Art Therapy and Ritual Theatre —inspired by Jodorowsky and shamanic rituals— allow me to accompany you and offer you resources so that you can find your own voice and bring it into action, breath and movement.
My training and experience as an educator and group facilitator, working with children, teenagers and adults, have given me valuable tools for active listening and for creating a space of genuine communication.
Here, you bring your story. I place myself at your service as a witness —reflecting back to you the corners and possibilities that perhaps you cannot yet see yourself.

1:1 INDIVIDUAL PROCESS WITH ME: A space to bring whatever theme is alive for you and explore it through the body and the map of the 5Rhythms. 75-minute sessions created around you, your process and whatever you are bringing in this moment. A space to move it, listen to it, give it a body… and see where the dance takes us.
