I have been holding space for community healing, authentic relating and somatic awareness for over fifteen years.I am a skilled, compassionate, and creative guide who reads the maps of individual bodies with true heart-centered interest and I guide with pure presence. 

I  thrive in collaboration with both individuals and groups. From the studio, board-room to homeless shelters and public parks, I  create unique and adaptable platforms for self-exploration and interpersonal engagement.
