I dance to find myself and loose myself again and again. I dance to celebrate life and meet others with my feet. I trust the wisdom and medicine of organic spontaneous instinctive movements. When I dance and experience the bliss, I surrender to the obvious: offering to others the opportunity to connect to their bliss. When I dance and do not connect to the bliss, when I cry and feel vulnerable, I am humbled by the power of the dance as a teacher.
