Chloe (she/they) has been a committed Conscious Dance practitioner for over 25 years, and an Accredited 5Rhythmsâ„¢ teacher since 2010.  They are a licensed masters level Social Worker, artist, community weaver and life-long student. 

Chloe teaches 5rhythmsâ„¢  classes and workshops informed by studies in somatics, trauma healing and embodied social justice practices. They facilitate brave movement journeys that cultivate somatic sensibility and non-ordinary awareness.  Chloe leads with sensitivity, heart and humor. They  call on music as medicine, movement as ally, and community as catalyst.
