“All healing journeys begin and end in the body." — Gabrielle Roth
I love unicorns, humans—especially the misfits—palm trees, barefoot walks, movement, storytelling, foreign languages, third-wave coffee, uncharted territories, and cats, to name a few. As far as I can remember, I have always imagined myself as a water or sky creature. Yet for many years, I struggled to feel a natural, flowing sense of belonging on Earth.
After several years of battling severe inflammatory bowel disease, I lost my colon in 2014. My life collapsed like a house of cards, and I had to learn how to find peace inhabiting a drastically changed body. Around that time, 5Rhythms entered my life as I was searching for (rel)ease and comfort. The practice became a powerful companion in my journey of embodiment and a major catalyst for my shapeshifting relationship with myself, with others, and with the world. It offers a strong and spacious ground where I can root, find my anchor, and keep dancing my way back home—one day at a time.
I am now a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training, and my mentors are Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne, and Karen Chapman.
My teaching style aims to be infused with authenticity, inspiration, and a good dose of humor—while remaining supportive, attuned, and heart-centered. Come as you are, whatever your background, identity, or abilities.
