I am a geographer, a teacher, an Expressive Arts coach and an artist. Understanding the outer and the inner world by creating maps was always the most familiar way to me to make sense of what is going on. Since dance is the most natural way to express myself, I can use the 5 rhythms and its maps to bring order into my life. As a 5R teacher I want to share this experience with you.
