I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley and I live in Lecce (south of Italy). I love the 5Rhythms practice because I feel that every "Wave" I dance is an opportunity to become aware of and shade a layer of my personality by surrendering to the dance and to my body moving and expressing whatever wants to emerge in that moment.

I found 5Rhythms in2018 during a period of deep search for healing and the practice has been like a "fil rouge" throughout the years because while I tried many paths, 5Rhythms has been the one that stayed by my side all along the way and supported me in reconnecting to myself and to something bigger than myself without the interference of any external medium other than the dance.

The main impact it had on my life is in the way I listen and trust my body, my instincts and my feelings; in the way I can relate to others with openness but without betraying myself, speaking my truth with firmness and kindness. It helped me to trust life and surrender to the flow of events while at the same time being able to put boundaries and pursue a dream with determination and flexibility.

I wish to create an environment of respect, creativity with a focus on building community in my classes while teaching in a way that is grounded,spacious and connected to what is present in the moment.
