
Growing up in a small northern town in England, I was always searching for a way out. As a young person, that search took me into heavy drug use and intense creativity, both attempts to feel something alive and meaningful. In 2012, a profound personal loss cracked everything open. Life stopped being something to drift through and became something I urgently needed to understand.
That longing eventually brought me to my first 5Rhythms class in 2015. From the moment I stepped onto the dance floor, something in me recognised itself. Through movement, I felt connection, aliveness, and a sense of coming home to my body that I had never known before. I kept returning, letting the waves of the practice meet me again and again, slowly weaving healing, presence, and trust back into my life.
In 2018, I trained as a 5Rhythms Spaceholder and began offering conscious movement spaces within my community. In 2024, I completed the 5Rhythms teach
