You Are Infinite sessions will be held online via ZOOM. You will receive a link, which you can login 15 minutes before the start of the class. Please create space to move inside your home or find a place outdoor (depending where in the world you call in from).

SELF-CARE
It’s your responsibility to take care of your own dancing body and to know your limits. You only have one body, take good care of it. You take accountability for my own welfare during the class. If you have any questions during the class, you are welcome to speak or message in the ZOOM chat. I am also available between sessions via the email.
