So many feelings and sensations are traveling through the body during a day. Some are echoes from past experiences that left an imprint on the heart, others are ripples on the surface that we hardly notice.

This weekend we listen closely to the whispers of the heart, and we explore how it speaks through the body. With hands and hips and feet, we find expressions for all the different imprints and ripples. Some of these dances are exciting to discover, others uncomfortable. As in our daily life. The dance floor will be a safe container where we welcome, express and release all the different feelings with compassion.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
