ALIVE! A 5Rhythms® Movement workshop. Movement and change are the definition of life. All that is alive is moving, from our thoughts, emotions, heartbeats and breath, to the outer movements of the planets, the seasons and the weather. Our bodies are made for moving. In our bodies lies an intelligence, a non-verbal language that is communicating with us and gives us information, guidance and knowledge about ourselves and others, if we listen. During this weekend you will get the chance to listen, explore and embody your non-verbal wisdom, through 5Rhythms dance and movement, with the intention of being in contact with what is alive in you. “ALIVE!” is a Heartbeat level workshop, which is open to beginners and experienced dancers alike. The Friday evening serves as an introduction to 5Rhythms and is therefore an essential prerequisite for Saturday and Sunday for those with no previous experience of 5Rhythms.
