Ancestors Dance ~ A 5Rhythms Movement Ritual w/ Layah
When the veil between the worlds grows thin,
we gather in honour of our ancestors,
who lived, grieved, celebrated, loved, and danced before us.
All are welcome here: all bodies, races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, abilities & disabilities, and movement experience.
*If you are moved, please bring an item or photo for our communal altar, that connects you to your ancestors, the ancestors of the land/waters, chosen family who have passed, or beloveds from the more-than-human world who have moved beyond.
