Angels are helpers of God. They are here to assist us with our daily struggles. Let us re-awaken our psychic abilities, reconnect with Divine spirits and remember and live our Divine nature within our human bodies. The 5 Rhythms practice will support us developing our full sensory perception for seeing/sensing the spirits around us. We will connect to some of the powerful Archangels and our personal Guardian Angels to assist us in this dancing journey.NOTAS
Bring an object that is sacred to you. Dress in layers for sweating and sitting. Bring a big bottle of water. We dance barefoot. Please, stay fragrance and substance free for this event.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
