Attention is vector that defines a direction, quality and quantity for movement of our energy. And what we give our energy, grows. To what do we give our attention? To that which nourishes us, or to that which depletes our energy? To that which stops us, or to that which calls us? To our creative mind, or to our stories? To how we look, or to how we feel? To the surface or to the core? To what we lack or to what we have? To the detail or to the whole field? Do we give our attention to ourselves or to the others? ... How do we give attention? In a supportive or destructive way? And how do we receive it when it comes our way?
