Ignite the dance of you voice and free the voice of your dance in this dynamic, experiential workshop. Alone and together we’ll dive into our creativity, awareness, embodiment and self-expression, opening doors to the songs, stories and dances that live in us.

All experience levels welcome! Using movement, meditation, song, writing, inquiry and silent witnessing we will open the way for our true voice to emerge, dissolving the bonds of fear, judgement and self-consciousness along the way. Learn the “knack” of attunement: staying present while being spontaneously creative, aware and connected. This is a pathway to your authentic voice, it’s true sound and resonance.

NOTAS

Maniko has ignited expressive brilliance in coaches, speakers, singers, performing artists, business people, therapists and teachers/facilitators for over 30 years. She has extensive professional and experiential training in expressive arts therapy, theater, movement awareness, meditative disciplines and voice as vehicles for bridging the worlds of developing consciousness, creativity, personal integration and authentic self expression.
