Een dag om rustig tijd en ruimte te nemen om jezelf heel diep te ont-moeten!

Hoe breng jij ruimte bewust binnen in je dagelijks leven?Het woordje ruimte gebruiken we heel vaak. Ik wil meer ruimte , je geeft me geen ruimte, wat een mooie ruimte,….Tijdens deze workshop gaan we bewust even stilstaan bij de ruimte in en rond ons lichaam. Hoe ruim is je adem, creëer je ruimte tussen jouw gedachten, geef je voldoende ruimte aan je organen, voel je de ruimte van je aura, en….neem je voldoende ruimte om te bewegen?
