Presents of the NOW, presents of the movement - the dancing presents. We will explore, how the 5rhythms might be 5 paths to more presents and 5 ways to be more present here and now. The 5rhythms are ways of being present - radical awake in this moment. This Saturday afternoon we will dance through the 5rhythms and explore, how each rhythm in its own way wakes us up and bring more awareness into our life. The workshop is planned together with Annette Lyders and with inspiration from Richard Moss and Gabrielle Roth.NOTAS
We recommend 3 classes of dancing 5rhythms with a certified teacher or an intense knowledge of Richard Moss.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
