 with your one wild and precious life?’ mary oliver How do you begin……a day…. a dance…. a project…..a life? This workshop takes place in the beginning of a New Year. Fresh, open and full of opportunities. What do you want to initiate in these first moments? The 5Rhythms will guide us through waves on our life journey; Flow: We dance to arrive in the body, in our breath & in the moment. Staccato: We dance ourselves awake to what we want & to sharpen our intentions for the time to come. Chaos: We dance to empty ourselves. We shake our bones & our beliefs till we drop into surrender. Lyrical: We dance into the magic of the unknown. A new year! Anything can happen. We dance with excitment, celebration, adventure. Stillness: We dance till we drop. We dance because there’s nothing but the dance. In our time together we will also walk a labyrinth as a symbol for our first steps into the New Year.
