DESCRIPCION
Belonging is precious. A heart felt sense we all desire that occurs naturally when we allow fluidity with our emotions. During this weekend workshop we’ll explore Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms® Heartbeat map opening our emotional world and focusing on how each Rhythm corresponds to the essential emotions: Flowing/Fear, Staccato/Anger, Chaos/Sadness, Lyrical/Joy, and Stillness/Compassion.NOTAS
The workshop starts 7pm Friday 29 April 2016 and ends 5pm Sunday 1 May 2016. The price is £135 or £110 if paid in full before 1 April. There are also two bursary places available.

Workshop Prerequisites - Minimum 15 hours of Waves Classes or equivalent in Workshops required.
WORKSHOP NIVEL
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
