“There were days, and there were days, and there were days between….” Nelson Mandela For every great person that has or had the courage to stand for ethics, morals, justice, equality, transformation, freedom, peace and love, there are many who don't – even in our own lives. Plagued with apathy, resignation, fear, uncertainty, and distractions, we have lost our way to true freedom. We will move, feel and pause into our own essence uncovering the blocks and rigidity in the body. We uphold the days of our finest moments as who we really are, and yet, it is actually in the days and motions between, our daily lives, that make the greatest difference. It is in how we live out and move our passions, truth, peace, freedom, justice, forgiveness, gratitude, and LOVE. This is a call for moving courageously, paving our own way of the embodied being together.
