Body, Heart & Soul ~ This 5Rhythms® Waves workshop is an invitation to explore the connection between your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This practice invites you to dive deeply into your essence, release what no longer serves you and open to your unique, authentic dance and creative expression. Throughout the weekend we will use movement, dance, meditation, somatic practices, and dyads to tune into the innate wisdom of the body and align the body, heart, and soul. This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to express your true self, heal, and transform blockages into a more fluid state of being. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected with yourself and your community.Open to every body, no experience needed.
