DESCRIPCION

As we dance deeper, connections within our body multiply. Weembody greater physical depth of being and renew ways to move where our bones,muscles, organs, nerves, skin and fluids work as one. In this Waves level 5Rhythms workshop we’ll dance and dancesome more connecting all our body parts travelling through the gateways to aidus on our journey for each rhythm: Flowing (feet) / Staccato (hips) / Chaos(head & spine) / Lyrical (hands) / Stillness (breath).

NOTAS

This workshop is suitable for both experienced dancers and those new to the practice. Standard price 1,350 Kc or 50 Euros. Time 11am to 6pm. Please bring lunch to share.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
