The Autumn Equinox is a time of harvest enabling us to give gratitude and to consider and invite balance into our lives. This workshop will be an exploration of the powerful combination of 5 Rhythms Dance and the authentic voice to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves.
Body, movement and sound have the potential to release blocked emotions and stagnant ways of being, reminding us of our true nature. From this place our lives become freer, more creative and fulfilling. We will use practices such as dance, free voice, chant, mantra, the Indian scale, ritual, breath work and movement to support this enquiry. No vocal or movement experience required.
